This location exceeded our expectations. The owners were outstanding with their communication and descriptive instructions. They went above and beyond to welcome us with drinks and snacks. They thought of everything that we may have forgotten at home. We have done a lot of traveling and are pretty particular but this location is on the top of our list. Quiet and steps away from the beach but close enough to restaurants, entertainment and all the fun of Clearwater. Beach chairs, towels and even sunscreen were right at our fingertips. The kitchen had everything we needed when staying in for meals. My teenage kids loved the selection of games and cards to play on a rainy day. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels were great quality. Can’t say enough great things about this location. Just book it!
Our family has stayed at multiple Air BNB and VRBOs over the past 10 years (I’d guess 12-15) and this one has to be our favorite. Hosts were great as they thought of everything from safety locks on the balcony doors to extra toiletries, games, beach chairs/toys, and snacks. Everything in the condo is top notch and new - no skimping on anything like wine openers or cheap toilet paper! We got the feeling that the hosts personally cared about the place. The location was great, and there was lots to do for our family with three boys under 8. The amenities in the building such as the grill (which we used three times) and the pool were nice and clean. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.
This place is an absolute gem and my family was so grateful to stay here! Right when we walked in the door, we felt relaxed and ready to start our vacation. The condo was extremely clean, well decorated and very spacious. The deck was a wonderful place to spend time with gorgeous views of the beach. We loved the fact that there was a beach cart, beach tent, chairs and more on the main level all ready to wheel out to the beach each morning-so convenient and helpful! This location is perfect because you still get the advantage of a clean, safe and well maintained beach while being away from the crowds, but still close enough to walk and have dinner in 5-10 min of the condo. Both the property manager and the owners were very responsive, kind and willing to help in any way to make our stay perfect. This location truly exceeded our expectations. We look forward to another vacation here one day!
