Welcome! We want your stay to be relaxing, enjoyable, and safe. Please take a moment to review our house rules:
Check-in is after 4:00 PM; checkout is by 10:30 AM. Self check-in is easy and contactless via keypad — your personal code will be sent prior to arrival.
Your signed rental agreement must be returned within 48 hours of booking. Please display the parking pass clearly and park only in spot #20 to avoid towing or fines.
To ensure comfort for all guests, the maximum occupancy is 8 people. Only registered guests may be on the property.
Sorry, no pets, parties, or events are allowed on the property.
We maintain a strict no smoking or vaping indoors policy throughout the property. Vaping outdoors is permitted only in designated areas away from doors and windows. Evidence of smoking or vaping indoors will result in a $500 cleaning fee to cover professional odor removal and deep cleaning.
In the pool and grill areas, children must be supervised at all times. Kindly leave these areas clean and tidy for our next guests.
We provide beach chairs, a beach shade tent, and other loaned items for your enjoyment—please return all loaned items to storage before checkout.
Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Payments can be made securely through our direct booking platform or via the booking website used.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Full refund (minus a 5% processing fee) for cancellations made more than 45 days before arrival. 50% refund for cancellations made between 15 and 45 days before arrival. No refund for cancellations made within 15 days of arrival.
Modifications are subject to same cancellation timeline and may incur fees. We recommend travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes.
All payments must be fully completed before arrival to guarantee your booking.
We strive to keep the property safe and comfortable but cannot be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please check thoroughly before departure. If you do forget something special, notify us immediately—our housekeeping team may be able to locate it and mail it to you for a fee.
